At Mindroot, we provide digital services including website design, e-commerce development, marketing services, and custom technical solutions. Because our services are customized and work may begin shortly after payment, refunds are handled according to the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Work Starts

Clients may request cancellation before the project or service has started. If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on any administrative, consultation, or payment processing costs already incurred.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the completed stage of the project, delivered work, time spent, and resources allocated.

3. Custom and Enterprise Services

Custom development, tailored solutions, and enterprise services are generally non-refundable once planning, consultation, discovery, design, or implementation has started.

4. Marketing and Ongoing Services

For monthly or recurring services, any completed billing period or work already performed is non-refundable. Cancellation will apply to future periods only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Failed Delivery or Inability to Start

If we are unable to start or deliver the agreed service for reasons attributable to us, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
